I'm Helen, creator and head dreamer at The Dreamer's Cakery.

I have been making cakes for a number of years now, oh how time flies!

I started off baking for friends and family as a teenager, then in 2020 I decided to start the journey to build a special and unique space for my cakery creations. In August of 2021 my kitchen cabin became registered with the Waikato District Council. Since then, I have made 100's of cakes and goodies for happy customers in the North Waikato.

I had no idea what I wanted to do after high school, so I am now a quilified lab techinician, dental assistant, experienced barista who works as a checkout supervisor and creates edible goodies in my spare time.

I have always loved baking - it's in my blood! My Grandmum was a baker and my Nana baked beautiful wedding cakes.

I look forward to meeting my clients, being able to create something for you is a true privilege.
