Terms and Conditions

Quotes:

Cake prices on this site are base / indicative only.

You will receive a Final Quote when order has been accepted and confirmed.

Deposits:

All orders have a 25% Non-Refundable Deposit. This is required to secure your booking. 

The balance is due five working days prior to Collection. 

Timeframe:

Please allow 3 weeks notice.

All enquiries are subject to availability of date requested. 

Last Minute Orders:

Orders within 1 week incur a “Rush Fee” of $15. 

The Dreamers Cakery reserves the right to accept or decline any order submitted.

Late Collections:

An additional cost will be charged of $15 if cakes are collected later than the set collection time. 

This is due to the loss of worktime for the person waiting onsite.

Reference:

For all bank transfer payments, your collection date is your reference. Eg. June25th

GST:

The Dreamers Cakery is not GST registered at this point in time.

Allergy Information

Please let me know, when enquiring, if there are any allergies to any food,

colouring ingredients or cleaning products. 

I can do Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free and Egg-Free bakes,

however these items are still made in the same kitchen. There will be trace amounts in the baking.

While I do use occasionally use walnuts, pecans and almonds, my kitchen is peanut-free.

I can not guarantee the food is 100% allergy-free, there may be a small contamination occurrence (not suitable for coeliacs or people with anaphylactic reactions).
